Semiconductor microwave power supply, 5.8 GHz band
Semiconductor microwave power supply, 5.8 GHz band
Newly Developed Semiconductor Microwave Power Supply 5.8GHz Band 130W This is a semiconductor microwave power supply and heating test device that does not use a magnetron, designed with user-friendliness in mind, powered by commercial AC100V and in a desktop size. As part of the GNU series, we offer a lineup with frequencies of 2.45GHz, 5.8GHz, and 10GHz, with outputs up to 500W. It is an ideal device for experiments in the development of various battery materials, chemical synthesis, reactions, low-temperature sintering, drying, plasma treatment, and more. Experiments can be conducted in a shorter time compared to conventional external heating methods like electric furnaces. (Heating example: Metal powder 20μ 2g can be heated from 20°C to 700°C in 10 seconds.) The oscillation frequency (5.7 to 6.0GHz, continuously variable) can be adjusted like tuning a radio. Options include pulse width modulation, FM modulation, AM modulation, frequency sweeping, PLL frequency generator, pattern operation of output power, linking with a computer, and performing vacuum, gas replacement, etc., using test tubes, quartz tubes, fluorine tubes, and more. Main specifications include microwave output: 130W, power input: single-phase AC100V 0.8KVA, dimensions: W431×H310×D330, and weight: 25kg.
